Dear Hee Ju Kim,
Thank you for your patience.
I have forwarded your concern to the Content Team. I was advised that they are encountering issue
with the application they are using to retrieve the back file from their database to correct the content.
Thy were able to escalate the issue and was informed that it may take one to two months to get fixed.
You may contact Vinodh Subramani (v.subramani@elsevier.com) he is the one who is handling this ticket.
