Dear YJ,
Wikimedia Commons hosts any free map that is needed by Wikimedia users.
If you need another map, feel free to upload it. You may need to provide an evidence that the map is licensed under acceptable free license.
No Wikimedia Commons map is claimed official under any jurisdiction.
I would like to point out, however, that the name "East Sea" is used also as a name of few other areas in the world, so it may be misleading sometimes. Mofre unique names, if possible, are preferred on maps that are used widely areound the world.
Are Spanish language maps widely used in Korea?
