Hi,
I have updated the article in question to include the name of the East Sea. Please see our style entry on the matter below:
Sea of Japan is our preferred name for the disputed waters, which the Koreans call the East Sea. Use Sea of Japan in text, but add East Sea in brackets for maps. It is acceptable in stories from Korea to add a reference that the Koreans know the Sea of Japan as the East Sea.
