Hello. I'm Hee Ju Kim and I’m from South Korea. I was reading your article and found wrong information; the "East Sea" is written as "Sea of Japan."

The name of the sea between the Korean Peninsula and the Japanese archipelago, currently named as the “Sea of Japan” in your article, should be corrected to be the “East Sea” due to following reason.

The name "Sea of Japan" was decided in the period of Japanese imperialism. In that period, Japan forcibly marked "East Sea" as "Sea of Japan". Therefore it seems unreasonable to use the name "Sea of Japan".

I humbly ask for your website to seriously consider the issue of changing the "Sea of Japan" to "East Sea" or at least, please name it both "East Sea" and "Sea of Japan".
