My name is Ethan Yoo, a highschool student from South Korea. I am emailing about a mislabeled island of Korea on a map on your WIkipedia page about Liancourt Rocks.

º»·Ð
The map is called disputed islands and has the caption ¡°Location of the Liancourt Rocks in the Sea of Japan between Japan and South Korea.¡± The so labeled Liancourt Rocks should be labeled as Dokdo. Even though the description states that it is disputed land and is under the administration of South Korea, the map still states Liancourt Rocks. Korea also has indicated in several documents that Dokdo is Korean territory since the 15th century. Furthermore, a book documenting the history of kings, and to a proceeding with negotiations between the countries around the 19th century that Dokdo is a part of Korea. Therefore, the fact that Dokdo is Korean territory is impossible to refut.

Please change the mislabeled map!

Sincerely,

Ethan Yoo
