I agree with the argument that Japanese helped Korea's economic development a little bit, but Japanese didn't always help Korea's economy development. For example, in 1997, the time when Korea went through the economic depression and requested lending dollars from IMF, Japan was one of the first countries that take their money at first from Korea's government. Also, nowadays, Japan and Korea are in trade dispute.

Therefore, I think we can't say Japan helps Korea's economic development. Instead, we can say that Japan is trying to break down Korea's economic system. It would be very grateful if you consider changing it. Thank you.
