Hello this is Sol Keam, a South Korean High school student.

I saw your news letter, that ¡°Takeshima¡± is part of Japanese territory. However, the ¡°Takeshima¡± is wrong expression and ¡°Dokdo¡±is correct expression, also it is Korean territory since our ancestor.

º»·Ð
The dokdo is korean territory since 512. In 512, general of Shilla dynasty ¡°ÀÌ»çºÎ¡± occupy the ¡°¿ì»ê±¹¡± which is nowadays dokdo.

Japanese argue that the dokdo is japanese territory since they incorporate dokdo as japanese territory since 1905. However, Korean government published the dokdo as a korean territory internationally in 1900.

Also, nowadays Korean government protect the dokdo by sending korean police.

The dokdo is our precious legacy from our ancestor. Every Korean have right and obligation to protect and fight for the dokdo.

It will be very thankful if you changed your wrong information. I think it is necessary because it is political and historical issue.

Sincerely

Sol Keam.
