As you said on your website, Japan still has territorial disputes with many countries.

The Dokdo Dispute refers to a territorial dispute that occurred when the Japanese rightists, who did not, claim their sovereignty against the Republic of Korea, which manages Dokdo.

The Republic of Korea officially maintains that there is no territorial dispute, and the word dispute is not appropriate.

The Republic of Korea has argued that Dokdo is an annex to Ulleungdo, and Dokdo is a native territory of Korea from the 6th century, based on historical documents such as the Samguksagi and the Annals of the Joseon Dynasty, or based on Usando recorded on an old map. The Japanese side argues that Usando is Ulleungdo, Gwaneumdo, Jukdo, or an island that does not exist, and refutes South Korea's claim that Usando is Dokdo. Also, it does not recognize Korea's domination of Dokdo before the 20th century.
