To Whomever It May Concern,

Hello. This is Jeungyun Cha, member of Dokdo Cyber Press of South Korea.

º»·Ð

Recently I visited your website below: https://me.me/i/turup-130-la-perouse-etorotu-russia-strait-km-wakkanal-kunashir-692f2035fd1f4761911a4d1252a0215f

And I was quite surprised to find your website still use the map that labeled Korea¡¯s ¡®East Sea¡¯ as ¡®Sea of Japan,¡¯ which is incorrect.

According to IHO(International Hydrographic Organization) and UNCSGN(United Nations Conferences on the Standardization of Geographical Names), in case of topographical feature shared with two or more countries, yet naming differently in their own languages, all of the names in each language should be marked.

So as a member of Dokdo Cyber Press of South Korea, I urge you to use map that label ¡®East Sea¡¯ to describe the body of water in question or to use both Korean and Japanese designation simultaneously (e.g. ¡®East Sea/Sea of Japan¡¯) in all of your contents and maps.

Thank you for reading and we would appreciate your favorable consideration.
