Dear webmaster,

Hello, this is Ji Yeon Park from the south korea. I am a high school student in Busan. I would like to ask you a favor about the map on your website.

º»·Ð

I found a big mistake in your map. "Liancourt Rocks" must be replaced to "Dokdo"

The word Liancourt Rocks came from the process of submitting a report to the Maritime Police Authority following the return of the French ship "Liancourt" in 1849 after discovering Dokdo. The reason they call Dokdo as Liancourt Rocks is that they intend to dilute South Korea's sovereignty claim by claiming that Dokdo was not a island where people live, but a huge rock.

I hope that errors in your website will be corrected. If you do not mind, could you let me know an e-mail address of the person in charge or another possible way to correction, please?

Thank you again for your help. I look forward to hearing from you.

Yours sincerely, Ji-Yeon Park
