Greetings,
I am Seonwon Kim, a high school student
from South Korea.
I have been searching something wrong about
Korean history or territory on the web site.
I found that your web page says Yamato controlled
Ancient Korea. However, it was not the truth, and it could be the opposite.
I would like to point it out and correct
the historical truth.

The article says
that Yamato expansion into the Korean peninsula from about 350, and Yamato conquered
the southern tip of the Korean peninsula where it established a colony.
There is no firm evidence
about Yamato expansion, and It must be distorted during the Japanese colonial era.
In the 4th century,
Korean peninsula had strong nation, which named Paekche. Paekche had expanded
into the ancient Japan.

I hope Britannica should be very careful to write other nations' history, and listen to the both nations' sides of evidence. This could be needed a lot of efforts to prove the truth; however,
I believe that these efforts will be critical to understand the history.
I look forward to seeing the faithful history in the next version of articles.
Thanks.
