Greetings,

I am Seonwon Kim, a high school student from South Korea.

I have been searching something wrong about Korean history or territory on the web site.

I found that your web site says that Dokdo belongs to Japan

I would like to correct the history and the truth about Dokdo, which is Korean islands since ancient era.

Your web site says that "Takeshima is indisputably an inherent part of the territory of Japan, in light of historical facts."

It is definitely wrong.

Until Chosun dynasty, Dokdo was under control by Korean people.

During Japanese colonial era, Japan had diplomatic rights of Korean territory, and

Japan distorted Korean territory.

After the Second World War end, Japan should correct what they distorted about Korean territory including Dokdo.

Still, historical misleading remains until now.

Still, Korea has guarded Dokdo for a long time.

Korean Presidents visited Dokdo several times and proved that Dokdo is in Korea.

This could be a small voice and a small step for correction from Korea.

However, our efforts will be accumulated until right things go to the right place.

Sincerely,

Seonwon Kim
