Dear webmaster,
Hello, this is Hyolee Seo who studies geography in South Korea.

º»·Ð
I have found some errors in your article, published by The Japan News.
To begin with, the island in your article (https://annx.asianews.network/content/old-place-names-added-takeshima-islets-map-42752) is neither Japanese territory and called Takeshima.
This island called "Dokdo" is undoubtedly South's Korea's territory, due to international laws and history.
The sovereignty of South Korea over Dokdo is based on historic facts and firmly confirmed by "effective control", which is the main requirement of the establishment of territorial sovereignty in international laws.
If you do not mind, could you let me know an e-mail address of the person in charge or another possible way to correct this, please

Thank you for your help.
I'll look forward to hearing from you.

Sincerely,
Hyolee Seo
