Dear globalsecurity,
Hello. This is Kim Min Chae, a freshman in the department of medicine in South Korea. I really thank you for your website which provides useful contents for my research.

However, I have found some minor different information in your website from other sources during the research. In the map of your website, the name of the sea between Korea and Japan is described as "Sea of Japan.". It seems unreasonable to use the name because its original name is "East Sea." "Sea of Japan" is decided in the period of imperialism and I believe this expression should be corrected. Also, in the map of your website, the islands in the East sea is described as "Liancourt Rocks.". IT can make impression that the islands don't belong to anyone, and confuse people who don't know well about the islands, The owner of the island is undoubtedly Korea, and the name of the islands should be described as "Dokdo."

I hope that errors in your website will be corrected. Website has very powerful impacts on people around the world, and I'm worried that people would have wrong information about the owenership of the East Sea and Dokdo.
Thank you again for your help. I look forward to hearing from you. |
