Greetings,
I am Seonwon
Kim, a high school student from South Korea.
I am into
searching the history of Dokdo, since many websites say the wrong information
about Dokdo.
I also found out
something wrong on your website.
I would like to
let you know what you should correct.

Your article says that an official
from the Cabinet Office reiterates Japan¡¯s claim to the disputed rocks situated
midway between the feuding neighbors at an annual event in Shimane Prefecture.
However, this is not based on the
historical facts but one-sided presentation.
First of all, East Sea belongs to
Korea. Shilla, one of ancient Korean nations ruled Dokdo since the 6th Century.
This Korean far east island is located in the middle of East Sea
Chosun dynasty clearly stated that Dokdo belongs to Korea and Korean
armies has been ruled up to now.

I appreciate
your patience to read my letter.
Many historical
facts as well as what I mentioned consistently support Dokdo is in the Korean
territory.
I hope that my
letter will be helpful to understand balanced information and correct what you
told on your websites
Best,
Seonwon Kim |
