I can show some reasons why we call 'East Sea' instead of 'Sea of
Japan'.
'East Sea' is the proper noun that was used for a long time. It has been
used in Korea over 2,000 years. It is not difficult to find this name at the ancient maps that showed East Asian countries. In contrast, no maps using "Sea of Japan" were published until the 18th century.
I would like to ask you to correct the name of sea at the maps.
