Hello this is Hyunjun Lee from South Korea

I recently visited the website about Takeshima Island. And I am sending this message to ask for correction of the Incorrect notation about it.

º»·Ð
The island which the website mentioned as "Takeshima" is actually called "Dokdo" for a long time by Korean. It is a place where Korean lived and ruled for a long time. This can be seen in several historical sources and books from Joseon.

Japan is arguing that Takeshima was Japan's realm for a long time, but in fact it was just a part of the Japanese colonial period. And it doesn't have any other evidence under international laws.

°á·Ð
Dokdo is truly Korea's territory, and a legacy of Korea history. We have the duty to pass on this history to next generation and we have the right to ask the correction of these kind of incorrect notations.

I wish your consideration for the correction of the incorrect notation and I am looking forward seeing the website with correct information.

Sincerely,

Hyunjun Lee
