To Whom it may concern,

Greetings,

I am Seonwon Kim, a high school student from South Korea.

I am very interested in Korean history or territory.

I found out something wrong on the history of Dokdo on your website.

I would like to let you know the correct history.

º»·Ð

Your websites say The Republic of Korea has never demonstrated any clear basis for its claims that it had taken effective control over Takeshima prior to Japan's effective control over Takeshima and reaffirmation of its territorial sovereignty in 1905.

However, East Sea belongs to Korea. It has been Korean territory since the 6th Century,

Dokdo, a Korean far east island, is located in the middle of East Sea. In 1900, Chosun dynasty clearly stated that Dokdo belongs to Korea and Korean armies has been ruled up to now.

°á·Ð

Many historical facts consistently say Dokdo belongs to Korea.

You should check it very carefully and correct wrong information on your websites.

Truth cannot be hidden by one-sided opinion.

This will be an opportunicity to let you know the right history of Dokdo.

Best,

Seonwon Kim
